Maribel did a family favorite. Tostadas de Tuna. This was our lunch before our ribs are done.

We start with 2 cans of this.

2 small tomatoes chopped
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/4 onion chopped
Juice of 4 limes
Seasoned with lemon pepper. About 1 tbs

Mix together and let it sit for 2 hours before eating.

Get a tostada put your tuna mix. Top with avocado and tapatio sauce.

Again I apologize that it's not done with fire or on a weber but this is very good.
 
It might not be grilling or bbqing but I'm bookmarking it to try at some point. That looks really good. But what is tapatio sauce? I'm not familiar with that.
 
Stop doing this Tony, I mean really, this is insult to injury!! ;)

I had always seen the tapatio in the store and heard you mention it last week so I tried it at a local restaurant on my burrito. I liked it a lot and know it would be good on this. Awesome again!!
 
Hey, you gotta have something to maintain your stamina for the rib cook. People often post photos of their beverage of choice while waiting for their cook to finish, so I don't see this as being all that different. Great way to take a common pantry staple like canned tuna and turn it into something that looks packed with flavor.
