Sunday with the boys I decided to unfreeze my summer leftover meat and make a meat chili.

4 different kind of meat (Pulled pork, rib tips, beef brisket and hamburgh)

I then fried some onions and garlic with the hamburg and cut up some Jalapenos and potatoes.

Throw everything in the WSM with some beer some BBQ sauce some chili powder, cayenne, paprika, cumin salt and pepper.

Smoked it at around 300 degrees for 3 hours and topped off with some cheese and served with some buns and chips

The only thing is the potatoes take forever to cook. Next time I will most likely preheat them
