Hi, folks. Some of you may remember Canada Mike as I used to be relatively active. But.... Last season I ended up teaching summer school and living in deadline hell, so I didn't Q even once! How long? Here's how long: I just went to put up four huge butts for my granddaughter's Science Fair, an annual rite.
After I find all the pieces to my WSM (we had deck work done and they were strewn here and there,) I am ready. Coals go on, and the first grate. Something doesn't feel right. Second grate goes on, and it just plops onto the meat on the lower grate. You got it: I put the barrel on upside down.
I'm actually not going to be around for the Fair, but this year is going to be a smokin' one. I swear it!
