The two 22.5 WSM preformed great in comp!!

I recently switched smokers and bought two new 22.5 WSMs for ease of travel. I only had two practice cooks on them and my wife and I(Southern Smokers) came in 10th out of 50 in the Stand by your Grill comp held in Fulton, MS. Fire Dancer walked away with Reserve and he also uses WSMs. Goes to show you don't have to spend thousands to get a quality cooker!!!

Is it any wonder why you see so many teams now using WSMs
Some are even doing full KCBS comps on a single 18.5" WSM and a single bag of charcoal.
