Pork chop is one on my favorite grills. The other night I pulled out the 1993 22.5 in kettle and grilled the perfect pork chop (only one chop because we don't eat as much as we use to

Looks really nice - both the chop and steak.

Your grill area looks really interesting. Got any pics you can share?
 
Both are great cooks and I'd take a small piece of each. Looking forward to other cooks.

This sign was painted for me by my youngest daughter (helped by her sister and my wife) for Christmas last year. It took them 3 days to do. Later she asked "what the heck is he going to want next year."
