Thanksgiving brisket rubbed and in the fridge

16 pounder. I always cook brisket (someone else cooks the turkey) and my wife always freaks out that it won't be ready when a house full of people are ready to eat. It always is, but I'm cooking it a day early this year to make her happy. Happy early Thanksgiving everybody!
 
Sounds like a great tradition. Sounds like there will be some very happy guests at your house.
