Thanks Jim, and thanks again for the inspiration. Would have never even known about this cut but for you and Mr. Correll.
Tri tips are next on my bucket list. Thanks to this site I am looking at cuts of meat entirely different now. My wife said to me what is a Chuck Eye, I said try this, that was it, now it is free range. Go where few have gone before.
