Jerome D’s earlier post on Prime rib eyes got me motivated. Unfortunately Costco had slim pickin’s. Still, meat and potatoes were on my mind.

Meat!

Buddy isn’t looking too happy. I can’t say for sure but some of my glassed beer looked emptier than it should have. This happens with cream sherry a lot too. Just sayin’………

Meat is done. We started with four steaks and my oldest called and said he couldn’t make it. Two rare to medium rare and one well done for my son. Kids……..

No plated pics this time. Nancy was looking annoyed and after 37 years, I’m well trained.
As always…. Thanks for looking.

You've got a few years on us Rolf. We're verging on 28 together, but I hear you... ;)
Steaks look amazing. Med-rare is fine for me btw.

Hahaha! No surprise that well-marbled beef could have such inspirational qualities! That rib eye on the bottom left of the first photo looks quite enticing - it's got a nice big marbled region around its outer perimeter. I hope you called dibs on that one. Your side dishes look excellent too.

Bet you even make sure the toilet seat is down when leaving the john, I know I do! :p

Steaks and side look super Mr J!!
