RichG’s post got me to thinking Nancy and I have never done lobster on the grill. Sooooooooooo

I started with this.

It called for a seasoned butter so I did this. This was good folks so please give it a shot.

We needed some company so it was asparagus with prosciutto.

Then came the stars.

No plated photos. Both sons came over and as usual, no one wished to wait around for photos. In addition, Nancy made wild rice and corn so nobody went home hungry. The beer, food and company are always something I treasure………..

Glad to have provided some inspiration, Rolf, but you did the hard work and nailed it! I think I may split them like you did my next time out (maybe on skewers to keep them straight?) Those lobster tails look great!
