I'm not really sure of the right or wrong way to cook a Rack of Pork, but this sure turned out good using the inverted Vortex and a foil wrapped pie pan filled with water. It was tasty.

Hot and fast on the rotisserie worked well for this cook, thats if you consider temps from 300°- 500° and 55 minutes fast.

There was some serious heat at them bones but still a indirect cook because the Vortex basically radiated the heat around the Rack of Pork..
Whatever I just said.....Hehe it worked.

I had to give CaseT's Stuffin Muffins a try, hot Italian sausage, celery, white onion, sliced mushrooms.
What a great idea from the Master CaseT, I could have eaten half of them no problem, but had to share with my guests.
