Teriyaki Marinated Outside Skirt Steak

Tonight it was some early fireworks...teriyaki marinated outside skirt steak on the Weber Summit 450. Yum!

That looks terrific Chris. I also enjoyed your articles on skirt steak. When I head south in a few weeks I'll make a point to try and find some good outside skirt steak. I'll be visiting a couple of high end butcher shops and my chances of finding the quality of meat you describe will be much better. Thanks much!
