That plated picture says it all Kemper! I have a heck of a time with skewers, and have "fire wires" and find them to be much easier when making bobs. I find it easier to move the bobs around the BBQ with the fire wires than with the skewers

That looks really good Kemper. One thing I did was change to putting the meat and veggie on separate skewers because some times the veggies or the meat gets done before the other one, makes it easier to control. Just a thought.
