Teaming up with Harry Soo

Talked to Harry Soo about joining my Team on October 26th in Flower Mound BBQ Competition!! Harry is one of the Winningest Men in BBQ. If his Schedule doesn’t conflict he said he’d do it. It’s a Long Shot because he’s a Busy Guy & won’t know till October1st what his Schedule will be for that Month!! But what a Hoot it’d be if he actually Showed Up!!
Fingers crossed!! Won’t know for 2 more Months!! That would be one of the Coolest things in my Lifetime if it happens!!

I had the privilege of assisting Harry at a contest he was competing in. Cooking with a team was a requirement to get my Master Certified BBQ Judge status and I was fortunate to do it with Harry.
