Tatoe Cups and Chicken


 
Been away for a couple of weeks...WOW, have I missed some great cooks on here!! Finally got around to trying my version of the potato cups...used orange and red sweet peppers, mushrooms, red onion and garlic...quick sautee in lots of butter...cored the tatoe halves, stuffed and wrapped in bacon. Indirect on very hot grill...rotated once....done in 45mins. The chicken was marinated in Zesty Italian dressing...plated with a feta and sweet pepper salad...and a dallup of sour cream.
