Decided to try something a little different on my chicken thighs. Found this recipe in Weber’s Art of Grill for Tandoori chicken and thought I’d give it a try.

On the grill for 45 to 50 minutes at 375 indirect.

While chicken was resting I grill up a Zucchini with EVOO, weber’s Chicago Steak seasoning and grated parmesan cheese.

Plated with a green salad.

It was an interesting recipe but it didn’t have the flavor profile we were expecting. It seemed rather bland to us.

Thanks for looking.

It looks pretty good from here Barb. I love the color on that bird! I am going to try adding Parmesan cheese to my grilled zukes next time I do them. Those look pretty tasty...

Regards,

John

I like what you did with the zukes also. I may just have to steal that one. Too bad about the bird. It looks really good though!

Looks good to me. Nice job.
fwiw - a lot of those book recipes numb down on the seasonings for the folks that can't handle full flavor, imho.
Next time, I'm sure you can amp up the recipe & get it to where you are satisfied.

Thanks Robert you are right. Will give it another shot and see what I can come up with.
