ScottE kinda of a modified fattie, this is how the guy that brought it explained to me in an email last week....

"Dallas has a burger called a Cheesy Burger Dog that he makes that is out of this universe, if you like lot of calories! He takes hot dogs and cuts them most all the way through and stuffs them with cheese. He then takes the dogs and molds them into a roll of Humber and wraps it in bacon. He cooks it in the oven for so much time wrapped in foil. Just before it is done he takes it out to finish at the game on the grill! Itis fabulous, I will bring it Sat."

He had me at "if you like a lot of calories." it was not cooked at all when I received it for my kettle so I put it on and I would assume I had it too hot because I lost a lot of cheese in the bottom of my grill, however it was great never the less, you have to consider the source here though, I am a true CHOW HOUND! The first time we cut it is was not finished on the inside, thus the pic of two halves with the ABT's, but when done we put slices of it on buns and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Would def like to try it again, but use my WSM!

Bob jax state had it going at 1st. Took a 14-7 lead. But didnt end well for old Crowe!

Jim, those wipes are fo when ya go behind the tree my friend:cool: we have evolved a little here in ole R-Kansas! :cool: JK!!! Lots of kiddos ( big and small) around and can't have enough cheap wipes, hand sanitizer and alcohol to clean with. Last thing I want is someone sick who eets my chow!!!

Close in Camp Randall!?! Northern Iowa that good?
 
Great stuff, man. I love tailgating and seeing pics other tailgates. Clemson has it's first home game this week and we are ready!
 
Mike it looks to me like the crowd in the stands are getting hot and bothered waiting for the Bacon burger dog to get done!!

I work with several people from Arkansas and know their consumption habits. How come I don't see a single Bud Light in any of your pictures?

Thanks Jim, no BL but there was a little Crown and several HIGH LIFE'S , but mostly pops and lots of water with the lingering 90+ temps last sat.
