Tailgate experiment

I'm one of the cooks at our tailgates. Skirt steak went on sale at Harris Teeter over the summer, so I bought a lot of it. I decided to thaw some out and try out a recipe on the Missus. We have deemed the results "Tailgate" worthy, and look forward to making some for our group.
