I had done a pork butt over night Saturday for that lovely BEARS game on Sunday - That didn't work out too well - The pork was fine, the BEARS not so much - anyway, had some leftovers for taco Tuesday.
I put it on at about 10:30 Saturday night....
fast forward to Sunday morning. This was around 8:30AM. I pulled it after it was out there for 12 hours, wrapped it, rested it for a bit and then into the cooler for a bit.
We're still getting good corn, I think that will be coming to an end soon - Home made salsa with fresh tomatoes, roasted Anaheims, roasted jalapeños and roasted onion. They were good jalapeños - actually had some heat!
