Been a long time since posting, but I stalk every day and enjoy everyone's great meals.
Most recently my excuse is the leaking dishwaser that caused water damage that forced me to rip up half my kitchen hardwood floors (all need to be torn up)
Cooked up two beautiful T-bones tonight, and tried a hassleback potato for the first time. It was already late after a long day so just fired up the gasser.
Brushed with EVOO and dusted with K-salt and finely ground pepper.
Sliced up the russet potato and drizzled with EVOO and Ksalt and finely ground pepper as well.
Heres where it gets good........ran out of propane halfway through the potato.
Performer it is....I was not going to be defeated tonight.
Plated with the hassleback covered in parmesan cheese.
Inside was a beautiful pink.
