Made some ABT's with some sweet peppers I had at home. Dusted them with paprika, cayenne, and brown sugar.

Very nice spring day, perfect to sit outside and smoke some ABT's!

Just on the WSM at 300 degrees for the extra crispy bacon.

Plated up with some sweet baby rays for dipping. Bacon was perfectly crispy and the sweet peppers were a nice treat.

That looks so good! Wish I was having that as an appetizer with my beer right now. - Maribel :)

Very nice!!! Do you prefer using sweet peppers over jalapenos??

They are two very different flavors. The sweet peppers have no heat at all. The jalapeños with the seeds removed dont have much heat but there is a difference. No real preference of one over the other. Both are excellent. Sweet peppers would be a great addition to cook side by side the jalapeño if you have people that don't like heat.

Thank you forthe idea. Here in Norway the jalapenos we can buy are very small, so it's hard to get a decent amountof stuffing into them. I will try this this summer!

looks FANTASTIC Matt!
Blast some Sriracha sauce in the SBRs to liven it up a bit, it'll take hair off your head, trust me;)
