I found this package at the store and decided to give it a try. It calls for pork but I decided to use chicken thighs.
Cut it up into 1 inch squares. Added 1 tbs garlic minced, ginger. I let it be happy for about 6 hours.
My veggies
Got the wok ready and added the chicken...
Then my veggies..
Then finally pineapples.
Plated and ready to eat.
