Surf and Turf (Ribeye and Alaskan King Crab)

Decided to do a little Surf and Turf for my bday. Picked up a couple of alaskan king crab legs and ribeyes from Costco. Put them all on the grill. Perfect medium rare for me on the steak and of course dipped the crab in melted butter. Delicious.

Happy Birthday Andy! What a great treat to make for yourself! That crab (a treat for us) looks so delicious. And the steaks are no slouch themselves!
 
What i really like is you took the time to shell those legs just for me. Beautiful white crab meat,oh yeah.

Haha...Actually really easy to do with a pair of kitchen shears. Just split them down the middle and spread them open (nothing sexual).

Yeah these are much easier than snow crab legs, and a lot of meat per leg. Love these, large scallops, and lobster, and of course fresh half shell oysters.
