Hey Monty...I paid 2.35 a lb for this one...seems these packers keep going up and up in price! When I first started doing briskets years ago I could afford to screw one up...not the case these days!!

To me, that's a whale of a good price. I'm consistantly in $2.45/lb range down here in Lower 48. Are they Choice or Select?
