We did a simple cook, smoked some tri-tips granddaughters been wanting to learn how to barbecue so we bought her a small pit for Christmas so her job was the hotdogs and hot links in other side dishes

Joe, you guys are always grilling up some great bbq and cooks. Kudos to you for giving your passion and time to your granddaughter. I hope one day my kids will invite me over as a guest so i can enjoy some good family time and food too. You live a rich life. Family and good times. You cannot ask for more.

I didn’t grill a cockeyed thing! Shame on me. I’m making up for it today though, started a 6.7# butt about 10:30 this morning, I’m planning on chunking it into three pieces after I get the bone clean and vacuum bagging it for later enjoyment. Will spatchcock a bird and grill that off for dinner tonight, will make something interesting with the leftovers for Wednesday, I think.
