Hello All and congratulations to the Seahawks for their Super Bowl win.
Here is a quick photo essay of my Super Bowl cook. I had to clear 12" of snow to get to my grills, but our neighbors / hosts would not let me in the door without the wings and decided it was a perfect opportunity to try my first ABT's.
This is six pounds of wings -- rinsed, patted dry and seasoned on both sides with salt, pepper, Old Bay and poultry seasoning.

Set up the Weber Platinum and Little Grey with ring of fire. Started ugly side down over direct heat and depending size 8 to 10 minutes, flip to the show side for same. Once all have suitable crisp and color move to center for 15 minutes (indirect) covered to finish cooking.

Sorry -- no pics of the fully dressed wings -- we did the traditional butter and hot sauce. They were delicious as always -- love this method.
Quick look at my setup and environs. The Kenmore gasser was used to heat the grilling racks for cleaning and work surfaces.

Here are the ABT's prepped and ready for the grill. My wife added a little minced green onion to the cream cheese mix and dusted the bacon with a bit of brown sugar.

Finished ABT's. The were a huge hit and none of the 2 dozen made it back home. These were a winner and have already been added to the menu for next year.
