Had ourselves "a time" this afternoon/tonight...

The "stick burner":

The rum punch for the ladies. (Pineapple and pomegranate):

The sandwich... Sliced pork loin with roasted peppers and balsamic dressing:

London broil "au poirve" ;rubbed with three different peppercorns and roasted on the gas grill:

I don't need to tell you that we ate too much. The game was good, but the party was better!
 
Looks like you had a great time. My wife wants to know the recipe for the punch... Mind sharing it? She has a 3 gallon punch bowl.

It was actually just Bacardi rum infused for about a week with pineapples and a couple of pomegranates...

Tall glasses were filled with ice and then 3/4 of the way with seltzer. Then a good shot of that rum was added to each glass with a couple of drops of grenadine floated on top. Garnished with a pineapple chunk on the rim.

Man, those chicks were tanked! :p
