Started this whole deal on Saturday night by seasoning a 14 pound brisket. Used the beef rub from amazingribs.com. Then wrapped in plastic and refrigerated.

Really bad pic quality of putting the brisket on my WSM at 2:00 AM. Sorry about the pic, had my halogens on but no flash on my iPad.

Checked temp at 9:00 AM. It was at 170 so I foiled it.

The brisket was perfectly tender and juicy. Everything turned out great. Currently watching the Hawks dominate so everyone at our house having a great Super Bowl Sunday. Thanks for looking!
