Sunday's Extra Meaty Pecan smoked ribs!!!!

I found some very extra meaty baby back ribs last weekend on sale. I smoked it today, using pecan wood. I used Lucille's BBQ spice rub, water in the pan. I smoked them for 2 hrs, foiled for 2hrs with apple juice, then basted with Lucille's bbq sauce. Very tender and moist, nice little smoke ring, very good ribs. Enjoy the pics :)

Very nice looking ribs Micheal!!! I have tried Lucille's rub and BBQ sauces and thought they were pretty good.
 
Great ribs Michael! Looks like there was a whole lotta great grilling and smoking done over the weekend. I can't keep up with all these great posts on the forum these days! Is it my imagination or is everybody simply doing restaurant quality food these days?! :)
