Sunday TT roast and potato galette!

Evening folks...hope ya all had a nice weekend! Not to bad ...busy busy..any way decided on a Tri tip roast and I saw Jim turn out some mean CI taters so I thought we'd give them a whirl!
Roast on the grill...little hickory for flavor!

While that was slow roasting in smoke my wife and I got the taters together!

Ok more taters...

Plated goodness...no booze tonight..sweet ice tea for me thanks!

Nice green salad with a white balsamic dressing, feta, cranberries...sour cream and chives on the taters!

That's it folks...great meal...potatoes were super (thanks Jim I'm glad you posted them!) and if you couldn't tell the smaller pics are taken with a good camera and not an iphone(ya real sneaky huh) oh well! It was fun and my wife had fun playing with her camera!

Thanks Tony...we've just been super busy...had some summer company, had a house full battling the flu..trying to stock the freezer with fish...we will get to it though!!
