Just wouldn't be Sunday without rolling lil smoke on the WSM. did this recreation of heath riles recipe he put out last week on youtube. Turned out pretty amazing ! great flavor ! #keepinitsmokin !

Major key is to freeze b4 smoke it to hold shape.

let thaw till outside 1/8" of inch is thawed out of the loaf , smoke 275 takes bout 3 hours
