Sunday Rib Eyes and Hatch Chile Cheese Bread

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

Sunday's dinner was some 1" Angus bone-in rib eye steaks seared on the WSM (grate over coals) to a nice medium-rare

My wife is the baker - I got a recipe from my New Mexico Magazine subscription for Hatch green chile cheese bread and roasted up a batch for her to use. REALLY good!

I love peppers and extra sharp cheddar in my bread.
