Sunday Piggy Cook

On Sunday we attended an annual bbq party in the Los Angeles area. Hosted by Greg (gtr) member from the bbqbrethren.com We had a great time.
Friends and family of Greg were there and a few members from the brethren also attended.

With some left overs we had Maribel made some tostadas.

Made a quick salsa and got the oil hot to fry up the tortillas.





When the salsa Ingridients were done the pork was heated up.







Plated and ready to eat.

Great looking dish! Every day I learn a new dish name (at least) never heard of tostadas. But I won't forget ever more!
