Sunday Night Tacos

Started out with some Crazy legs, marinated leg quarters that are cut lengthwise,

roasted some yellow peppers, jalapeno peppers and green onions,

cactus,

and Pollo Asada.

Let the pollo rest a little then chopped it up for tacos.

The grill was too full so made Al Pastor on the Camp Chef stove in a CI skillet

and warmed up mini corn tortillas on a CI comal.

My messy plate. 2 Al Pastor, 2 Pollo Asada tacos all with onion, cilatro, hot sauce, and Queso Fresco cheese. Cactus, peppers and some Mexican rice and beans my Wife made. I ate too much, and could of ate more. I need more self control!!!!

Outstanding cook John!
chickens better watch out for their legs around you.:p
(just bought a 10 lb. bag of them myself, but I paid the hefty price of 59 cents per lb)

The plated pic reminds me when my mom and dad would bbq back in the day...
Good looking meal John.

Dang, John. That's one sweet lookin' spread. Lots of good eats on that plate...and I would want seconds, too!
