Good morning/afternoon folks!! Sunday football on tap for today! Started out the morning with a spicey Bloody Mary and charcoal burning!

Got some easy ABT's worked up with just cream cheese, bacon, sweet peppers and a bit of rub!

Flappers on with some ABT's...wings dusted with home made rub and a bit of hickory for smoke!

If you were wondering the CI was set up for some turkey taco meat for something my wonderful wife is making!

1/2 the flappers sauced with Franks and 1/2 with a chipotle hot sauce.. On direct just to chrisp up!

Bout ready for snacken...Wife made mini taco cups and well just all kinds I good eats!

The mini wonton taco's stole the show but it was all good!

Very nice Morgan.... Snacks look awsome..... However in the future dont post pics that include that awsome view you have around your house. My deam is to retire to Alaska and when I see your shots I am tempted to skip retirement.....

Great looking appys. Were those wonton wrappers formed in a cupcake pan ? And was that an Alaskan Amber on the go ?
 
Thanks guys! Fun cook, good company but the seahawks failed me today! Oh well I'm use to it!

Ron traditional ABT's are jalepeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, sometimes sausage or little smokies and wrapped in bacon and smoked! These were sweet mini peppers stuffed with sour cream and bacon wrapped with some rub added and smoked for about 2 hours!(I had folks over that can't do heat!) they are way worth the effort!

Mark...yep u are right on! Wonton wrappers, taco meat and cheese baked for 15 minutes! They were awesome (had mine with a bit of sour cream on top!
That beer was a "northwestern ale" from Rouge... You know the deadliest catch guys! It was ok! Drinking Alaskan as we type!

Jim somehow I knew that was coming! I think he will make a great addition just needs to become familiar with the team!
 
The Giants lost on Wednesday and I wasn't that into football Sunday this week. I wish I had some of those snacks to cheer me up! I had a few hard ciders and some peanuts. :(

Don't worry, your Seahawks will have 2 games against my Rams, you can celebrate after those games.
