I spent much of the weekend getting blackout drunk with a bunch of friends and then nursing a horrible hangover, so Sunday felt like a good time for something simple and relatively healthy.
I made a quick white wine sauce by sauteing some chopped garlic, onion, and red pepper flake in olive oil then added in a little white wine and let it reduce a bit.
While that was happening I grilled up some sundried tomato and artichoke chicken sausage I found at a local market. It's very good stuff. I gave some broccoli rabe a quick boil and got it on the grill with the sausages.
Once everything had some good char to it I sliced the sausages, chopped the broccoli rabe and tossed it all in with some orecchiette.
