Excellent news! Glad things went well, the next one will be easier, the one following that will be done without any concern at all. Then it starts all over with your first brisket! I was lucky enough to have some of the good guys here holding my ”virtual hand” from Scotland and Arizona and Texas through my first one. The last one I did went amazingly smoothly even through -5 degree air temp. First one was emails back and forth about every two hours! Good help can be found around here!
