Suckling Pig?

I don't like the looks of it - it doesn't look balanced to me.


If it's not balanced, it will flop around, especially after it loosens up from the cook. And then you got big problems and you also might blow out your motor. It should be balanced so you can spin it with your fingers.

I think these folks mitigated the ”flop” tendencies with the four blade forks on the inside of the legs, very clever.
I have always thought this would be a really fun way to have a feast for six or eight, never thought about spinning one though.
That’s one more reason to get on the rotisserie cart project! With any drive,I might have that done by mid summer, OK, maybe next Christmas!
