Stupid hurts or maybe one of your finest memories?


 
In my rookie years I made pulled pork for Christmas.

The recipe called for 2 tbs of Apple cider vinegar... For some reason I added 1/2 cup. The pork was not good.

I used all my pork drippings and lots bbq sauce and I managed to save the meal. Everyone like the bbq.... But I hate vinegar. I couldn't eat the pork.

Lucky for me I had ribs and chicken also.
