Stuffed Chops on the Kettle today

Did a brine on the chops for four hours, little water, apple juice, grape juice, maple syrup and salt
Whipped up a stuffing GS apples, onion, walnuts, some panko and maple syrup

On the grill 3/4 chimney over some unlit and 2 chunks apple (added the 2nd after the photo)

Some CI reds with EEVO S&P garlic and thyme

Broccoli just oil S&P and later a sear over high heat

Plated, brine did wonders and the stuffing was tasty

The chops look incredible! I know the craft beer guys will scoff, but I really like that Coors summer brew for sitting around and having a refreshing beverage.
