Stuffed chicken rollups

Ive been making these for a while now and are one of the wife's favorites. They turn out very well and I make them different just about every time.

I usually don't marinade the chicken but I found some Italian dressing in the fridge and decided to give it a try. I put them in this morning and marinated them all day.

Found some already thin sliced chicken breasts and beat them out some more with my fist. Seasoned them with some good ole trusty Southern Flavor and made the filling out of a package of cream cheese, chopped green onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, shredded cheese, and bacon bits.

Stuffed the chicken with the cream cheese mixture, and added more shredded cheese., and wrapped them in bacon. I've stuffed them with tons of things and they always turn out great.

Put them on the OTG indirect. The tin foil packages have some onions with dales, butter, southern flav and garlic powder. I put them on first and took them off last.

Plated and waiting on the last minute ABTs I decided to make with the left over cream cheese mixture.
