Stuffed, another BSCB post.

I always try to find new ways to do my boobs and I DEFINATELY will do these again. I had 4 nice size breasts made a good size pocket in them. Sauteed some fresh baby spinach with a little chopped garlic for starters. Lightly sprinkled kosher salt and cracked black pepper in the pocket and put a cpl. nice size slices of smoked gruyere along with the spinach inside. Enjoy the pics.



Stuffed BSCB



Sew'd them up with some small stainless skewers and sprinkled the outside with season-all seasoned salt(low sodium) and a lil granulated garlic



Onto my performer with some drummys' I seasoned the same way



Flipped, looking and smelling awesome



Finished plate with a loaded spud and a side salad.



Paired with a seasonal brew.

Thanks everyone. Tim, the Leinies was very good. I'm not a big fan of their Summer Shandy but this one was great. Luke, I think those little skewers came from a turkey tie-up kit a bought awhile back. They work perfectly for sewing up the BSCBs'

Scott, those BSCB's are awesome! I think you could stuff chicken with just about anything and they would be great!
