Storm a brewin late night chicken!

Shout out to Brett on the inspirational Vietnamese chicken post from the other day! I took a gander at it but lacked the coveted fish sauce which I think is a pretty major part of the recipe. Next time...

I had a couple of these at a friend’s house and didn’t get serious about making dinner until well after 7pm.
Put a marinade together and fired up the Performer with B&B!Shortly after coals were lit a major thunderstorm passed through. Gotta say...the B&B did very well! Once the storm passed it was a beautiful night for cooking outside!Cheers!

Thanks. Yeah. Really appreciate the inspiration to try something new! It’s easy for me to get into routine of cooks and I really like it when I see something that makes me switch it up!
