Steaks and Roasted Potatoes For Dinner

Spent a little time rooting around in the freezer a while back. My wife had beat me to it and had set out a couple of steaks that I never got around to grilling. One was a Rib Eye and the other a New York, both prime from Costco. Sided things up with braised potatoes and an acorn squash. Came out pretty good. Here's the photos.

Grilled the squash flesh side down for 15 minutes, then set aside for later on.

The odd couple. Kind of mismatched but darned fine meat.

Finished up the squash for around 30 minutes.

Roasted the potatoes while the squash was cooking.

Last but not least...

Plated it up.
