Steaks - A Random Lot of Cooks

no surprises, no philosophy, and no recipes this time. just an assortment of random steak cooks from the past.

an oldie from 2011. yes I ate it all.



plated up this bad boy at my sisters after setting some corner posts. 2012



a pair of usda prime ribeyes back in my bachelor days. one for me and one for me tomorrow. heheh





4 porterhouses for the girlfriend (wife now) and my two rascals. daughter was only 10 when she learned to go for the small side of the tbone. now when i cut her meat she uses proper words and says Dad I want the tenderloin side of the porterhouse. that's my girl!





a random night in my life. still luring the girlfriend in closer by each steak.





check out the size of the tenderloin sides of these porterhouses. butcher told me labels weren't correct, the marbling says hes right. but I got the girl, she married me a few weeks earlier.



but we're newlyweds so this is the last pic I got of that cook...
