Nice high quality steak tonight……I haven’t done any serious cooks lately, lots of fast, easy tasty meals…just a few pics.
Ate it with shrooms and onions.

Smoked chops….very lean though, with some asparagus….

Seared burgers with shrooms n onions.
Nice old cheese really made it.

Made a tri tip and used sub buns for tri tip sammies, with shroom, onion and jalapeno.
Seen a recipe copy for horsey sauce from Arby’s so we tried that then fixed it a bit…..

Made a tasty hot olive oil vinegar dip for some fresh made sourdough…..and made hickory smoked meatball marinara subs with soft 50% mozzarella.

Some more tasty steaks, Iberico chops and burgers with shrooms, bacon and blue cheese.

A bit of spaghetti squash with a nice red sauce with the veggies on top

Crazy marbling, Wagyu?

That steak was cut from a whole piece rated prime.
I always pick out the best piece# I can find when browsing the coolers at the butchers…..put about 5 degrees too many on that cook.
