Steak on the grill

Ran by the local HEB this weekend and found Prime sirloin for 4.99 a lb. So I picked up a few and blew out my grocery budget.

First I spiced it up with Tony's Chasherwhatever

Then on the heat. I guess its time to clean out the gasser cause I got a flair up while I went back in the house.

Even with a couple of extra crunchy parts and a little over done it was still really good. Cant wait to fire up the next one.
