Steak fajitas - coming up


 
Making around 5# meat tonight. Will apportion and freeze the rest into 4# packs for future cooks.

Man, those look good! I love that flap meat from Costco. Thought I've never been tempted to buy it in that quantity. ;)

This was a larger cryo. I think it had 5 or 6 full flaps in it. I did some mild trimming and butterflying as I packed them for the freezer. Got 4 4# ziplocks now. This should get us through the year.

I cooked for 5 last night and the oldest son took food home to ease his week. So basically I cooked for 7.
