Not my finest effort but it tasted good and I got to try out my new grate.

Steaks done.Over cooked them to my liking, they were med to med well

I just got the cast iron grates yesterday from Fed Ex. Thanks to one of our members (Rondo) I got a smoking deal on them. Thanks Rondo!

Jim, the BEST looking/tasting scallops arounf here are from Costco in Grafton. They sell them on weekends. Their New York Strips are to die for too.
