Steak and sausage kabobs

For dinner Thursday night I made some steak and sausage kabobs

The players. Cubed strip loin steak, hot italian sausage, red onion and orange pepper. These were tossed with olive oil and S&P and marinaded for about an hour.

Plated with a simple salad and chimichurri drizzled over the kabobs


These were super simple and the leftovers made a delicious lunch at work on Friday!

Rolf - they were just marinated in some olive oil and salt and pepper.
