Standing Yams & Tasty Licks!

gave two Yams legs for a short time...

tossed those in the oven to cook while i got two chops ready for the grill.
received this ▼ and some BBQ sauce from a "close" friend that lives across the world from here

gotta say, this is pretty good stuff!

seasoned the chops with it, then fired up the 26" OTG

chops on

after about 20 minutes or so, they were reading 145ºF inside so they came off.

the sweet potatoes got tired of standing so long, so they napped

anyway, Wednesday's dinner looked something like this.
